INNOVATIONS

Grant Reviewer, ACBS Foundation (2024 – Present)

As a Grant Reviewer for the Association for Contextual Behavioral Science (ACBS) Foundation, I assess cutting-edge Contextual Behavioral Science (CBS) research proposals. My role involves providing incisive, actionable feedback to elevate submission quality, fostering groundbreaking mental health research that drives real-world change.

Creator of the U-Model: An Integrated IFS & ACT Framework (July 2024 – Present)

I developed the U-Model, a pioneering 7-stage therapeutic framework that seamlessly blends Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). This innovative approach—spanning Initial Assessment, Present Moment Contact, Acceptance, Cognitive Defusion, Values Clarification, Committed Action, and Recycling—cultivates psychological flexibility and self-compassion. Designed for clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational difficulties, the U-Model empowers transformative growth and enduring resilience.

Continuing Education Developer & Leader (2024 – Present)

I craft and lead advanced continuing education (CE) programs, equipping clinicians with evidence-based tools to revolutionize trauma recovery and therapeutic practice:
